Ronald E. Howell AIA is an architect located in Venice, California. Ron was raised in Venice, schooled in Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, refined while living in Europe and influenced by traveling the world. Ron is the creator of high end residential and commercial projects throughout Southern California and Hawaii.

Ron is an avid surfer, sailor, snowboarder and lover of nature. It is this love that gives him the well-rounded perspective of designing to naturally meld indoor and outdoor living, all with sustainable building practices.

Ron is an architectural innovator. He views a project from a 360 degree angle, considering space, design, hardscape and landscape. On one particular project, when a client wanted more space, and there was no room to expand, Ron suggested they build down, so they did. It is one of the first residential projects of its kind in the LA area.

Ron is a member of The American Institute of Architects (AIA), the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and a member of the Alumni Association of the California Polytechnical State University-San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly SLO).
